It’s little changed in a century, which is just the way we—and, it seems, you—like it. Lean back in a soft divan and admire the burnished walnut bar or the vivid period colors of the Sala Musica while you sip a classic Negroni or our signature GHT twist on a Spritz (hint: it’s the grapefruit-rosemary combo).
Light lunches, afternoon indulgences
Throughout the day, our lunch menu lets you enjoy anything from delicate lobster to a simple spaghetti with burrata and tomatoes. You can roam up late, too, for a post-sun bite; there's always someone to welcome you.
...or late (even really late) nightcaps
In the early evening, join the aperitivo buzz out on the terrace, for the spectacle of sunset painting the Grigne in pinks and purples—and the more than 500 candles casting their glow across tables and happy faces. Or, come just before bed; take a seat inside under soaring ceilings, to tap a foot along to the sounds of our nightly piano-bar performances over a digestivo.
