Hatha Yoga – 50 mins

Hatha yoga (from Sanskrit ha: sun, tha: moon) is an ancient discipline from India, consisting of a series of Asanas – physical poses – and Pranayama – breathing exercises. Drawing from the many branches of yoga, Hatha Yoga makes the body flexible and the mind calm.

Ashtanga Vinyasa – 80 mins

Meaning “synchronized movement with the breath”, Vinyasa is a flowing yoga sequence. You will be taken through a series of poses (Asanas) that dynamically morph one into the other. An intense and energetic practice, Ashtanga Vinyasa sends vital energy through the body, strengthening and purifying the nervous system.
