HATHA YOGA60 min
Hatha yoga (from sanscrit ha: sun, tha: moon) is an anciant discipline that comes from India. It consists of a series of physical exercises or poses, Asanas, and breathing exercises, Pranayama. Its aim is to increase the well-being and reestablish harmony between body, mind and spirit. The practice of Hatha Yoga makes the body flexible and the mind calm, giving peace and harmony to the practitioner.

YOGA NIDRA (deep relaxation) – 60 min
Yoga Nidra it’s a practice of deep relaxation. The practitioner will be guided through different visualizations that will lead him into a state of deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation, a state between wakefulness and sleep.

ASHTANGA VINYASA/ DYNAMIC YOGA90 min
Vinyasa means “synchronized movement with the breath”. The practitioner will be led through a sequence of postures (Asanas) that dynamically follow one after another with synchronization of breathing. Ashtanga Vinyasa it’s an intense practice that requires effort and strength. It develops a great vital energy that circulates trough the body strengthening and purifying the nervous system.
