Big news for the gourmet-dining season at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo: Gualtiero Marchesi, the world’s most famous Italian chef, is now working with us as consultant. This grand maestro, who likens himself to an “orchestra conductor” and who founded Italian nouvelle cuisine, keeps on re-imprinting our restaurant menus with his own criteria and philosophy.

This is Marchesi’s further commitment to endowing Lombardy with his restaurant concept, from menu to dining room, and in our case specifically for an international clientele.
