The Wine Bar Going down the big outside stairway you reach the Wine Bar "l'Escale", the new wine bar of the Hotel completely dug in the rock, in a refined and cosy atmosphere for an aperitif or an after dinner drink. It has got a prestigious wine list with more than 400 red, white and rosé wines, result of a research among the great tradition wines and the new discoveries of the Italian regions. Very good broads of local sausages and cheese and a great choice of very refined cakes, among them the chocolate fondue, match the tasting. The Wine Bar "L'Escale" is also a beautiful place for a special dinner by candlelight, in the small veranda covered with ivy or in one of its small halls to taste some home specialities like Cheese Raclette, Bourguignon and Chinoise fondues.
