Could a reading room be lacking in a vintage hotel where Grand Tour travellers once stayed? A hundred years ago guests browsed here through Le Figaro, The Times, La Prensa, L’Illustration Française… (an unheard of luxury at the time).

Today, serving XXI century travellers you find an Internet Point and, like long ago, international newspapers, every day, in real time. The little library grows each year with foreign books donated by guests. One shelf is entirely devoted to books on gardens: a tribute to this hotel’s passion for greenery and gardens, as is clear from the myriad plants and flowers in the park.
