Our Couisine
The Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace proposes a wide outline of the traditional Italian
cuisine with some international notes and with a wide choice of regional and local
dishes. The Chef, Osvaldo Presazzi, privileges the choice of local genuine products,
which change according to the different seasons. Osvaldo Presazzi arrived at the
Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace 14 years ago and after two years he became First Chef,
to the guests' great satisfaction. During the last years he has done many stages
for his professional enrichment in some prestigious restaurants of luxury Hotels:
"Les Ambassadeurs" of the Hotel de Crillon in Paris, "Il Teatro" in the Hotel
Four Seasons in Milan and "La Palme d'Or" of the Hotel Martinez in Cannes managed
by Christian Willer, with whom he organized a promotional week about the Italian
gastronomy in 1996.
